Slot Canyons is back with more ambient and electronic wooziness with his fullest release yet, Sketches. Spending months in isolation away from his usual surroundings forced Ryan into using limited hardware and experimenting with his sound. Unlike previous releases which were more focused on forward thinking and granular compositions, Sketches is an album full of degraded tape loop samples combined with warm and wonky synths. It’s available digitally on Bandcamp or limited edition of 20 tapes.
